A strong coaching relationship is built on trust, communication, and chemistry. I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation that gives students a chance to meet me, share their goals, ask questions, and get a feel for my coaching approach before booking a session. It’s also an opportunity for us to make sure we’re the right fit to work together. No commitment necessary.
